📦 معالجة الطلبات

• تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل.

• لا تتم معالجة الطلبات أيام الجمعة أو في العطلات الرسمية.

• يجب إرجاع المنتجات خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء.

• يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وغير مغسولة وفي حالتها الأصلية.

• يجب أن تكون العبوة الأصلية والبطاقات (التاغات) سليمة.

• يلزم تقديم إثبات الشراء (رقم الطلب أو الإيصال).

📋 خطوات الإرجاع

• التواصل مع فريق دعم العملاء لبدء طلب الإرجاع.

• تزويدنا برقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع.

• استلام تعليمات الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

• إعادة شحن المنتج إلينا في العبوة الأصلية.

🚚 شحن الإرجاع

• يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

• نوصي باستخدام شركة شحن توفر خدمة تتبع.

• يرجى الاحتفاظ برقم التتبع للرجوع إليه.

💰 المبالغ المستردة

• تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال 5–7 أيام عمل بعد استلام وفحص المنتج.

• سيتم رد المبلغ إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية.

• رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حال كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من جانبنا.

❌ المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

• المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو غسلها أو إتلافها من قبل العميل.

• المنتجات بدون البطاقات أو العبوة الأصلية.

• المنتجات المشتراة خلال التخفيضات النهائية أو عروض التصفية.
